Citadine Apartments

The apartments can sleep 1-3 guests in one/two bedrooms. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Apartment 1

Ground floor apartment (suitable for disabled guests) with double bedroom, single bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and shower room.

Apartment 2

First floor apartment with large open plan sitting room/double bedroom, kitchen and shower room.

Apartment 3

Cottage style with double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room on the first floor and large open plan sitting room/kitchen on the ground floor.

Apartment 4

Cottage style with double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room on the first floor and large open plan sitting room/kitchen on the ground floor.

Apartment 5

Cottage style with double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room on the first floor and large open plan sitting room/kitchen on the ground floor.

Apartment 6

Ground floor apartment with double bedroom, en suite shower room, large sitting room and kitchen.

Apartment 7

First floor apartment with double bedroom, shower room, sitting room and kitchen.

Apartment 8

Ground floor studio with open plan sitting room/single bedroom/kitchen and shower room.

Apartment 9

Ground floor studio with open plan sitting room/single bedroom/kitchen and shower room.

Apartment 10

First floor studio with kitchen/sitting area, bedroom area with single bed, and shower room.


Reservations

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail.

A completed booking form will be required with the full name of each guest.

Valid credit/debit card details will be required as surety.

Payment

For reservations of 2-28 nights: full payment is required on or before arrival.

For reservations of more than 28 nights: monthly payments in advance can be made.

Payment can be made by:

  • Bank transfer (3 working days prior to arrival)
  • Cash

Facilities

  • All utilities, council tax, TV license and broadband are included.
  • The apartments have gas central heating.
  • Wireless network broadband is available throughout the buildings.
  • All bed linen and towels provided.
  • The apartment is cleaned weekly with clean bed linen and towels.
  • Laundry facilities available – washing machine, dryer, iron.
  • Courtyard parking with security lighting.
  • The buildings are fully fire alarmed.
  • All sitting rooms have a TV with VCR, DVD and freeview.

Rates

Our rates are per apartment and based on one guest staying. For a second guest, add £32 per night + VAT, and £27 + VAT per night for a third guest.

2-4 Nights £78.00 per night + VAT
5-7 Nights £73.00 per night + VAT
8-28 Nights £69.00 per night + VAT
29+ Nights £61.00 per night + VAT

Where stays are extended the rental rate is applicable to the specific booking period and not the combined stay.

On Arrival

There will be a welcome pack to greet you which is enough for a snack supper when you arrive or a good breakfast the next morning – milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar, small brown loaf, butter, cheese, bacon, eggs, cereal, jam/marmalade, orange juice. Also in the apartment will be toilet rolls, cling wrap, foil, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishcloth.

Prior to your arrival we can arrange a delivery of frozen ready meals or if you wish to e-mail a shopping list we can arrange for it to be in the apartment on your arrival (for a small charge).

Disabled Guests

Although we have a gravel courtyard we have created a paved area for the off-loading of wheelchair bound guests. Apartment No 1 is then accessed via a ramp. Level thresholds and wide doorways allow access to the apartment. A shower chair and frame for the toilet is available.
